Their service has been great since I have been going to them. Quick to answer the phone, very polite and helpful. Shawn and Conrad are always very helpful and take great care of me. Mr. Drew the courtesy driver is so sweet and personable. The receptionist is kind and always offers a snack or cold water. The facility is clean with snacks available while you wait. Overall great experience so far!

I just moved to the Oklahoma/Missouri border for my new job. I'm from NJ (NYC right across the river from me). I cannot afford the high taxes and overpopulated situation in my state any longer. I have had a wonderful experience with 3 previous Volkswagen cars in NJ, Joe Heidt Motors in Ramsey NJ second to none for service. I had a situation happen with my 2019 beetle which caused me enormous worry knowing I need my car to get to and from my new job 23 miles each way. Conrad and the Napleton service department squeezed me in immediately and fixed my issues. I am so grateful especially when a few people have written not so flattering reviews of their own experience. I called my service department in NJ and double checked Conrad's plan for my car and they were right on target. I am very happy with the transparency and integrity Conrad has had with me. I will continue to use Napleton Volkswagen and service going forward. Considering that I'm on my fourth Volkswagen in 35 years, my experience has been one of economy, safety and satisfaction thus far. I have no doubt about the quality and honesty of Conrad and Napleton service department. Thank you, Napleton Volkswagen.

Great facility. Friendly advisor. However, I do regret not writing down 'each' individual 'price and service' when I first walked in and interacted with the service advisor at the service desk. I can only recall a casual verbal conversation, with what seemed to be about $600.00 of approved services. So I was surprised when the amount due was over $1,000.00 for all completed work. I take blame for not being more aware; during all interactions, I should have kept a written log of 'each' service and price approved, prior to sitting down, so there were no surprises and ensure we are all on the same page.
